I am a Certified Holistic Baby-Led Sleep and Well-Being Specialist, and a Mom to two toddlers that have been my greatest teachers yet. If you've recently asked yourself, "Aren't they supposed to be sleeping by now?!" you're in the right place. I've been in your shoes and know what it's like trying to navigate sleep in the first few years of life. The outside noise and pressure of getting your baby to sleep independently is intense! I am passionate about empowering you to follow your instincts, educating you on all things normal baby/toddler sleep, helping you get rid of the stress that surrounds sleep, and providing you with personalized sleep solutions, and tips that actually work for your unique family. I give you the tools to confidently turn nap and bedtime fights into well rested nights.
My approach to sleep places an emphasis on a parent's instincts and is attachment-focused. I educate parents on biologically normal sleep, help parents to better understand attachment and emotion, identify any red flags that may be contributing to disrupted sleep, and help parents slowly shift away from things that are no longer working for them while keeping the things that do!
No gimmicks or quick fixes here. Just honest sleep support that respects and nurtures the relationship that you are building with your child.
You don't have to "cry it out" and you don't have to "wait it out" either. Together we will come up with a plan that optimizes sleep for the whole family. Let's get your little one more sleep without ANY form of sleep training.
